Last night I had the extreme pleasure of viewing the 4th installment in the Step Up movie franchise titled, Step Up Revolution. Let’s get the obvious out of the way: The acting sucked. That being said, the choreography and musical direction were out of this world! Plus, I fell in love with a one Mr. Ryan Guzman who is my new husband whether he likes it or not.

Anyway, this is where you need to pay attention. First, get familiar with the official movie soundtrack, which you can peep after the jump. I’ll have you know there isn’t a single dud on the entire album, however, there are a handful of GREAT songs which appear in the film that are not featured on the soundtrack. CiCi is back y’all…Finally!

In conjunction with her 27th birthday on October 25th, Ciara unwrapped her newest video for “Got Me Good”—the second official single from her upcoming album, One Woman Army.

The song itself is a quirky, high octane, urban-infused dance number featuring production by the one and only Darkchild. Throughout most of the enticing affair, Ciara delivers supa fly lyrics like “My back is achin’” and “My bra too tight,” over the deliciously hectic Miami bass/freestyle beats. Add that to the extremely fresh Joseph Kahn-produced music video, which features some of the best dancing I’ve seen all year, and by golly I think she’s got a hit! A freaking hit people!

Seriously, you must check this one out! It’s absolutely mezmerizing—a real visual expereince.

Low budget at its best!

Since single-handedly creating a viral resurgence of the term “Kiki,” with the fan favorite “Let’s Have a Kiki,” from their latest studio album, Magic Hour, the Scissor Sisters want you to know the proper way to dive, werk, and turn (thank the gay-loving lord, becuase I had it all worng!). Filmed at the Kiki Institute of Mental Instability, watch as Ana Matronic and Jake Shears lead two other dancers through some fiercely fun dance moves. Meanwhile, take notice as Babydaddy serves up some serious drum-stick realness while Del Marquis bangs on the tambourine like his life depends on it. The whole concept is super fun and entertaining–plus Jake Shears is way too sexy in his tight-fitting football pants and 80′s mesh-top. It’s almost too hot to handle.

I guess there’s only one thing left to do: Put on your heals, close the blinds, fire up the fog machine, and get to practicing!

Now that that’s out of the way: Jennifer Lopez has just premiered her latest video for, “Goin In,” featuring Flo Rida, and it’s a fuckin‘ doozy! During the 4-minute clip, J.Lo claims her stake as the hottest Mami in the game, donning an array of the sexiest, most fashion forward looks while simultaneously showing off her incredible body (can you believe this mother of two just turned 43?). Her dancing is a tad-bit stiff, almost like she’s trying too hard, but she looks so damn good that the three fucks I gave went right out the window. If that’s not enough for ya, then the plethora of amazing sets, sharp choreography, and hypnotizing color schemes should be. The song itself is a little hectic and all over the place, but the video acts like the glitter and perfume that disguises the stinky shit into a pretty ornament.

“Goin In” was produced by LMFAO‘s frequent contributor GoonRook and will act as the first promotional single for the major motion picture, Step Up Revolution, but can also be found on Lopez‘s newly released greatest hits compilation, Dance Again…The Hits.

Get ready to witness something truly amazing.

Those of you who stan for K-pop (Korean Pop), or just all around pop-star fierceness may already be familiar with the artist known as BoA. She’s been somewhat of an international superstar for just over a decade now with amazing tracks like  ”Energetic,” “Eat You Up,” and the Britney-penned ”Look Who’s Talking,” but today I have for you one of her best musical and visual offerings to date. The song titled, “Only One,” which was composed entirely by the Korean-beauty herself, is the songstress’ first Korean-language single since 2010′s “Copy & Paste.” Beleive me when I tell you that you don’t have to speak the language to completely appreciate the raw talent pouring from the fresh mid-tempo tune. Sustained by a gentle guitar strum, an uplifting piano melody, and the inclusion of some well-placed synths, the instrumental is both airy and hip-hop infused. Then there’s BoA‘s deliciously angelic vocals that slay its listener within an inch of their life. And the video? The video is the real prize here with it’s majorly epic So You Think You Can Dance-crafted choreography. Every step is truly mesmerizing until the 3:30 mark when shit gets so real that my neurons cease to fire. It’s got t be one of the best dance-focused videos I’ve ever seen.

Check out Korean-pop (Kpop) lady group Wonder Girl‘s and their newest offering “Like Money,” featuring smooth crooner Akon. Although the track is a little catchier than I’d like to admit, I don’t care too much for the generic, cookie cutter beat or melody, but the video is pretty fierce and highly entertaining. If the girls would just polish their dancing a twinge, then it would free from all flaw.

I must admit that lately I’ve been trying to conquer the video choreography for Rihanna‘s latest single, “Where Have You Been,” because let’s face it–it’s pretty bad-ass. After a few hours of practice I can safely say that I’ve got the moves down, but I need some extra time to polish them for sharpness. In the meantime, I found the above video to share with you. It features some random apartment dwelling pedestrian in baggy sweatpants absolutely slaying the shit out of the song’s officially sanctioned moves which were created by famed choreographer Hi Hat especially for Princess RiRi. The best part though? This guy busts out the entire 4-minute routine in a parking lot like nobody is watching, and he does it about as flaw-free as humanly possible.

All I have to say is: Mad props to you sir.

For real though, how AMAZING is this guy?

Check out this sneaky fan-shot video from Madonna‘s MDNA tour rehearsals in Tel Aviv. In the footage the Queen of pop works through the Just Blaze remix of  her single, “Give Me All Your Lovin,’” before bustin’ out a rather flaw-free, pom-pom induced dance breakdown at the :33 mark. After that, make sure you take a look at the Israeli news coverage concerning the kick off Madonna‘s world tour in the holy land. There’s some really cool behind the scenes footage of Madge jumping around like one of these pop bitches half her age in an array of intricate visual sets.

Seriously though, was that a BACKWARDS SWAN DIVE I saw? That’s right, stay pressed y’all!

On Saturday night Cheryl-vision of perfection-Cole stopped by The Voice‘s UK stage to grace the world with the debut televised performance of her brand new Calvin Harris-produced single, “Call My Name.”

The overall consensus? She KILLED it!

The crazy thing is that she kicked off the high energy spectacle in true superstar fashion with a free-falling swan-dive from a platform located about 8 to 10 feet above the ground from where her hunky back-up dancers were waiting to catch her!

After that, the showcase followed in the footsteps of the dance filled video where Cheryl proceeded to work it out-for real though-executing each leg swingin’, crisscrossin’ move with apparent ease and vigor (seriously, bitch is like a well oiled tigress!). Plus, (must I even say it?) Miss Cole looked absolutely breathtaking in her neon splashed parachute pants and animal print mini-shirt. SO adorable!

I’m pretty sure your faves could quite literally NEVER.

I swore to myself that I wouldn’t make postings about this season of Dancing With The Stars a regular thing, but the competition is really heating up and I just can’t take it anymore. Plus, there’s some really thrilling entertainment to be had here. Really, you should be thanking me.

First up, I have for you the painfully sexy William Levy and his partner Cheryl Burke dancing the Foxtrot. I don’t even have words. Okay, maybe I can offer one: SMOLDERING!

Next up, it’s the best group dance from this weeks “trio competition” with Superbowl champion Donald Driver and his partners Peta Murgatroyd and Karina Smirnoff. Together they danced the Jive in a performance deemed “First Class” by judge Len Goodman. And righfully so as Donald Driver showcased some superb footwork! Incredible!

Finally, watch Chris Brown lip-sync the lead single, “Turn Up The Music,” from his forthcoming album, Fortune, on last night’s elimination episode. I’m actually totally okay with the fact that he mimed the entire performance because his dancing makes everything better! Seriously, that shit is FLAWLESS!
